Scotty made friends with many taxi drivers. He would often sit in the taxis at night for a chat. Things will never be the same without him there. Sadly missed and never too be forgotten..... The best is now at rest.

A sad loss and far too soon. Rest in Peace Big Man. On behalf of RockPool regulars past and present including Scottish Andys, Grant, Ronnie, Richard and many more too numerous to mention. Condolences to Scotty's friends and family. A man with a great sense of humour, humility and a big heart.

Kia ora Jane, Errol and Simon. I didn't know Scotty well, but feel for you all deeply in the awful time you have had with his CVA and dying. Having just lost William suddenly makes me feel somehow close to you all in your loss. They sound like they had some idiosyncrasies in common! William's sense of silly fun and adventure has given us lots to smile about even as we grieve. I hope you have the same comfort with each other and all Scott's friends. Loving thoughts. Scott, I am sitting reminiscing about all those late nights and mornings we would sit up dreaming of ways to take over the world and I complete disbelief that you are gone my friend.
Thanks for the good times and great memories, you were one of a kind.

Rest in Peace my old mate. You were one of most genuine, caring and honest people I have known in my life, and one of the funniest the time I spent working with you are some of my most memorable. Thank you Scott, love you and miss you already.
