MARRIOTT, John Henry:
Passed away peacefully after a long, hard fought battle with cancer on September 11, 2021, aged 76. Loved by his children Kenneth, Diana and Rebecca, his grandchildren Eva, Jack, Arthur, Holly and Heath, and his brother Gary. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. We would like to thank everybody involved in Dad's care. Due to Covid restrictions, we will be holding a private service.

So sorry to hear about John's passing. Great guy. Good dart player too. We worked together when I was working at Display Arts as an apprentice along with Tony Clancy and Nigel Harrison and others. RIP old mate.

Very sorry to hear about John's passing, First meet John in 1967 when I started my Signwriting Apprenticeship with The Original Display Arts' in Ferry Rd.
John took me under his wing & taught me a huge amount about Hand Lettering & Layout.
Working with him for the term of my Apprenticeship & again in Later years.
John was a Very Talented Signwriter & Mentor to me especially in my younger years.
He will be sadly missed.
