Patricia Bird Obituary
Patricia Sue Bird, 78, of Camden, AR, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Pine Hills Health and Rehab. She was born November 9, 1943 in Smackover, AR. She was the daughter of the late Mack and Oza Campbell. She was a member of Hillside Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Hugh Daniel; husband, Vick Bird; two brothers, Bud Campbell and Charles Campbell; sister, Mary Jones; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Vernon and Leola Bird.
She is survived by her son, Greg Bird of Camden, AR; daughter, Melinda Smith and husband, Tommy of Camden, AR; five granddaughters, Angelina Bird of Ozark, AR, Victoria Bird of Kansas City, MO, Skye Phillips and husband, Josh of Midlothian, TX, Christa Pipkin and husband, Ryan of Camden, AR, Hope Smith of Camden, AR; four great-grandchildren, Laken Phillips and Layla Phillips both of Midlothian, TX, Landree Pipkin and Maisy Pipkin both of Camden, AR; host of nieces and nephews, host of great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 1:00-2:00PM Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Proctor Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00PM Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Proctor Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Melinda and Greg I have many memories of Sue filled with laughs and good times. From the first time we met when I picked Greg up to go to my nursing graduation to the years she and I worked together at the nursing home. We rode a lot of miles to Princeton. She shared many memories with my Mom. They had many fun times laughing together with Bitsy. She was always a part of our family even if not biologically. I am deeply saddened by your loss. Many prayers are sent with my deepest sympathy.
