We are so very sorry to hear of the passing of Blair, he was a very close friend of mine, and a Coworker for the Recruiting Force in the Utah National Guard. It was my privilege to work with Blair for these many "fun" years. Blair was immaculate in appearance in his Military Uniform, and always lived up to the job he was given by his Supervisors.
He was always smiling and would greet people in his usual" friendly way". His caring nature and devotion to duty set the standard for those of us who worked with him through his years in the Military. He traveled to many places for the Service to "HIS" Country and always did an outstanding job. I remember the Water Ski trips to Lake Powell with his wife and kids. He was such a fun guy to be around!!! We will miss "Blairsy" very much but know he is in a much better place now. We were also good friends with his sister Christie and her husband Ralph. She would update me on his happenings on occasion as our paths would cross here in Fillmore, Utah. She loved him very much, as we all did, but we have the fun memories to hang on to for now. Until we meet again Blair our love and friendship will be with you always.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Blair's passing. I have many fond memories of Blair. We took many trips and had many great talks. What a great man and such a magnificent leader. Blair truly cared about each of his recruits and helped them through each step of the process. He helped hundreds of people attain their goals in life. Always willing to share and teach his skills with all he came in contact with. Blair was always quick with a smile, I will never forget him. Thank you Mitchell B! May God be with you till we meet again.
