Ian Carpenter Obituary

You were a good man and will be deeply missed. Rest easy brother. My deepest condolences to the Carpenter family.

I met Ian while stationed at Hill AFB working in the 367th TRSS. He was a great guy and I enjoyed working with him.

To the family, I'm so sorry for you loss. Ian and I worked together at Charleston AFB, I have nothing but fond memories of those times. He will be greatly missed, my prayers are with you all.

Had a great time working with you at the bacons bridge oriellys. You will be missed my friend.

I am so sorry for your loss. Way too soon and way too young. Thinking of you all and prayers for healing.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. I wish I could be there to help with anything Uncle Chuck and Aunt Sue. Ian has made an amazing imprint on many people and I'm saddened that I wasnt around in his adult life. I love you both and hope Ian is not suffering anymore, RIP to my baby cousin.

Ian, you are the second friend I lost this month to the same thing. Really enjoyed working with you at Sam’s club. You were one of the reasons that place was tolerable. You will be missed!

Ian...Man we had some good times in the Air Force. You will forever be remembered as that one friend I could count on for anything. You got me thru more tough times than you'll ever know, and I will forever be grateful that I was able to have you as a friend. You were a great person and always put others before yourself! The world needs more people like you! From South Carolina to Utah, whenever I knew you were going to be at work, I always knew things were going to be ok and we'd get thru whatever the Air Force threw at us that day. Thanks for always being that shining beacon that EVERYONE looked forward to being around. Rest in peace my friend. And thank you for being one of the most genuine human beings I've ever met. My condolences go out to your entire family and anyone else who was devastated by this news. Until we meet again. Rest easy! Gonna miss you buddy.

Ian I can’t believe you are gone- way to young, way to soon. We have so many memories of Grandma and Grandpas-horses, John Deere, grandmas cooking, cousins, and crazy uncles.

Ian, thank you for your service. Whenever Zane and I talk about times living in Utah it is always met with Zane mentioning "Mr. Ian took us for waffles". This happened almost anytime Zane stayed over for an evening. We are here for your boys when/if they need us.

21 years, 7,665 days of having you in my life. 16 years of marriage, 2 amazing sons. 2 states and 15 years in the Air Force. A lifetime of memories that I will cherish always. I am grateful for the years we had together, the love we shared, the friendship that we had. You are a good man and a great father. I miss your laugh and our talks. You are so loved and always will be. Help me watch over our boys please. Love you always.
