Donald Peterson Obituary

Donald Vincent Peterson,age 94 of Monticello/Big Lake, passed away on March 12, 2015. He served in the US Army during WWII and was a decorated Purple Cross recipient. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Albertina; wife Gale; sons Steve and Daniel; and brothers Harold and Kenny. Donald is survived by sons Dale (Sandy) of Eagan, Dean (Jennifer) of Clear Lake; daughter Candice Hogan of Stillwater; 11 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and special friend Rosemary Habisch. Private services will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are with the Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello.
