So sad to read this. He was a very talented person, the things he envented! I have found memories of the garlic mincers. He was always pleased to see you when you met him somewhere. Great hairdresser. Still remember the days when he first opened his shop. We were there for hours while he alone worked his magic while we swept and wiped down. love to Christine and family.

So very sorry to learn of Claude's passing dear Christine. We were privileged to know Claude and yourself as our nextdoor neighbours for 27 yrs. I treasure memories of those years ... I am so sorry to learn of Claudios passing.I lived in 1 of his Heads Rd flats for 10 years when I worked at the hospital.He was a bit of a character and always so pleased with himself when he fixed something.Sending much sympathy to all his family

19 years of being your tenant, it has come as such a shock and sadness to learn of your demise by only finding out through note under door... you were a good friend and loyal landlord for which i will miss you, may your path now lead you back to your homeland and join all beloved since passed..goodbye and arohanui

Dear Christine, Darren and family
I want to express my sincere sympathy to you all during this sad time for you in the passing of Claudio.
I have such many fond warm memories of my time staying with you in the big house when Darren and I were together at school.
Claudio was always friendly, chatty and inviting along with generous to me where I always felt welcomed at your home. I look back with much happiness and fondness of the times we all shared back then together.
I remember Claudio always sharing to me about the gadgets, new inventions he was working on showing his passion and enthusiasm for this.
I am sending my love, warm wishes to you all across the miles from Chongqing, China where I currently work thinking of you during this time.
