Died peacefully at 100yrs. Loved husband of Bep (dec). Loved eldest brother of Henk (dec), Ploon (dec), Corrie (dec), Riet, Piet (dec), Gerard (dec), Annie (dec), Nel, Jan, Ton (dec), Lida (dec). Loved brother-in-law of Frans, Leo, Toky. Loved Dad and father-in-law of Pete and Deb, Art and Mary, Rose, Betty and Iain, Willem and Trish, Margi and Mike, Helen (dec), Caroline and Dean. Treasured Opa to his 23 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Loved Oom Wim to family here and overseas. Thanks to Dr B Turnball and the caring staff at Kaiapoi Lodge. Thanks also to all of the Access carers who loved and supported Dad over many years, especially Steph and Jan. Messages may be addressed to the family of the late Wim/Bill Vink c/- PO Box 263, Kaiapoi, 7644. A Rosary vigil will be held at St Patrick's Church Kaiapoi, Wednesday, May 21, at 5.30pm. Wim's Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Patrick's, Thursday, May 22, at 1.00pm, followed by interment in the Kaiapoi Cemetery.
