William SPENCER Obituary

Passed away peacefully after a short illness on August 29, 2025 at Christchurch Hospital aged 87 years. Beloved husband of Margaret. Loved brother of Graeme. A devoted father and father-in-law of Clive and Jude, Phillip and Tam, and Mark and Julie, and a former father-in-law of Jackie, Nikki, and Debbie. Bill was a cherished grandfather of Megan and James, Jim, Korissa, Matt, Kim, and a proud great-grandfather of Arlo, and a step-grandfather of Dayna and the late Toni. The family extend their thanks to the doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff for their compassionate care of Bill. Messages to the family of the late William Spencer c/- PO Box 35 Rangiora 7440. A Celebration of Bill's life will be held at the Spencerville Fire Station, 361 Lower Styx Road, Spencerville on Friday, September 5 at 1.00pm.
