William PATERSON Obituary

On October 7, 2025. Peacefully passed away at Rosebank Lifecare, Ashburton after a short battle with cancer. Aged 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Irene. Much loved father and father-in-law of Nicola and Andy Smith, Michelle and Steven Pike, and Angela Paterson and Peter Jackson. Treasured and respected Grandad of Alex, and Jackson; Kaden, and Abi; and Jade and Petra. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Bron and the late Allan Brady, Alan and Mary, and the late Ian and Heather. Messages to the Paterson family, PO Box 472, Ashburton 7740. In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society would be much appreciated and may be left at the service. A celebration of Bill's life will be held in Our Chapel, cnr East & Cox Streets, Ashburton on Friday, October 10, commencing at 10.00am, followed by a private cremation at the Ashburton Crematorium.
