William KANE Obituary

Born December 18, 1941, passed away peacefully in Dunedin, surrounded by his loved ones, on January 29, 2024, aged 82. Cherished partner to Natalie and special friend to her family. Treasured husband of the late Shirley and adored father of Leanne, the late Susan, and Amanda; Father-in-law and mate to Geoff and Jason. Loved husband of the late Margaret and great friend to her family. Loving Grandad Bill to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beloved son of the late Bert and the late Cecily, brother to Frances and the late Peter.

A true gentleman until the end, cherished in our hearts forever.

A service for Bill will be held at the Oamaru Club on Monday, February 5 at 1.00pm, followed by private burial at Oamaru Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Southland Charity Hospital 03-1369-0409089-00 (ref Kane) or may be left at the service, are welcomed by the family.
