Bill's family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to family, friends, colleagues and neighbours. Your cards, visits, floral tributes, meals and messages of support were all very much appreciated. Thank you also to those who attended the service and provided support to us during this difficult time. A special thank you to Dr Carpenter, staff at Leeston Medical Centre and Ellesmere Hospital. Your care enabled Bill's final days to be spent in the community he loved. To Lamb and Hayward and Reverend Margaret Neate we thank you for your guidance, care and professional service. As we are not able to thank you all individually please accept this as a personal thank you and acknowledgement.
