I knew W Bro Bill Fleming through Freemasonry where he was well known and respected. He was quite a character who loved to talk and also to help others with his accounting skills which we appreciated.
As Happily we have met so Happy have we been. So Happily may we part and happy meet again. Rest in peace Brother.
