Wilhelmina Cornelia (Miep):
On October 28, 2021, passed peacefully at Charles Upham Retirement Village in her 92nd year. Dearly loved wife and best friend of the late Arnold. A much loved Mum and Mother-in-law of Henry and Erika, Arnie and Glenice, Joan, Michael and Kathryn, and Paul and Shelley. A loved Nana and Great-Nana of her 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Miep was much loved by all her nieces and nephews. Messages to the Verheul family, c/o PO Box 263, Kaiapoi 7644. A Requiem Mass for Miep will be celebrated at St Patricks Catholic Church, 61 Fuller Street, Kaiapoi, on Tuesday, November 2, at 10.00am, private cremation thereafter. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, attendance is limited to 100 people. Please bring your mask.

So very sorry to hear of Miep's passing. A dear friend for many years. Great golf and weekly catch up memories. My Fridays have never been the same. Frank and I moved to Charles Upham the day after Miep passed so sad it would have been lovely to spend time together. I'd like to send apologies for Tuesdays funeral as I'm in self isolation at Charles Upham and unable to attend. With love, Maureen x
