Whakapono MOKE Obituary

Passed away at Arvida St Albans Retirement Village on November 18, 2025, at 9.29pm on his 88th birthday surrounded by whanau and his late love Doreen Moke resting by his side. Father of Paula (deceased), Karen, Leanne, Calvin (deceased) and Darren. A loved and cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. A special mention to his Rehua Marae whanau and Kaumatua. As a whanau we would like to make a special thank you to the medical staff and carers at Arvida Retirement Village for the care and support shown to Whakapono and the whanau. Messages for the Moke Whanau may be sent to 58 Coleridge Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023. Whakapono will be brought to Rehua Marae after 3.00pm on Thursday, November 20, where whanau and friends can visit and pay their respects followed by a final send off for him at Rehua Marae, 79 Springfield Road, St Albans, Christchurch, Saturday November 22, at 2.00pm.
