On Friday, January 30, 2026, Wendy passed away peacefully at Christchurch Hospital. "Lovely Girl" of Deyell for 36 years. Mother of Leslie, and Karen, and mother-in-law of Roman. Grandmother to Brayden, Kayne, and Hayley.

"Watch for me my lovely- I will find you".

A Private family gathering to remember Wendy has been held.
