Wendy Patricia
(nee Crooks):
Passed away peacefully on October 18, 2022. Dearly loved wife of the late Ed, much loved and treasured mother and mother-in-law of Sarah, Mike and Adrienne, and Anna. Loved and cherished nana of Olivia, Eva, and Jess. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Jen and Bob, Lynne and Barry, and David. Loved aunty of her nieces and nephews, and a loving friend of many. Wendy's family would like to express their heartfelt thanks for all the love and support given at this difficult time. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Wendy Fitzgerald, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. The Service for Wendy will be held in the Rangiora Chapel, Wai-mana, 92 Kippenberger Avenue, Rangiora, on Saturday, October 29, at 10.00am.

Wendy taught me at Elmwood School in 1989 and '90. I remember her fondly. She and my mum kept in touch ever since and I was lucky to meet with her again 3-4 years ago. I am saddened to hear of her passing and offer my condolences.
