Wendy EDWARDS Obituary

Wendy was a relatively new friend to me. I knew, since we were halfway around the world from each other, that we wouldn't meet in this life, but I look forward to meeting her in the next. Much love and prayers to her family and friends. Lynn, in the U.S.

I feel sad to read of Wendy's death but I know she will be safe in the arms of Jesus. I first met her in Golden Bay about 40 years ago when she came with her caravan, and then a couple of decades later we were in a painting group together. I praise God for her life and gifts.

Was nice to have our little catch up chat every tuesday, I will miss you Wendy.

So long Wendy We all had many a sing-a-long at your place or mine in Rangiora. They were great days enjoying everyone's good company. Having Bible study or having youth camps. Rest in peace my friend.

Happy memories of first meeting Wendy at Waltham primary school, enjoyed reading about Wendy's Church Army outreach "caravan" days and latter inspiring our Team Time leaders with "living stones", including telling the stone - story at St. Nicholas Church, Barrington Street. The story will go on! From a fellow Walthamite.
