Warren BARKER Obituary

Q.S.M, J.P, Retired Senior Constable No: 2852 NZ Police. It is with tremendous sadness and heavy hearts we advise that on Monday, December 1, 2025, on the eve of his 79th birthday, Warren passed peacefully at Margaret Wilson Home surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband for 59 years of his beautiful wife Mary. Treasured father and father-in-law of Tanya and Craig Rogerson, Jarrod and Tracey and Leon (London). Precious Grandad and Pop of Courtney and Mikael, Ethan and Rebecca, Dillon, Abbey and Sam. Very special G-pop to Willow and Jax and purrrfect companion of Daisy Cat. Loved son of the late Richard (Dick) and Elizabeth (Daisy), and brother to Neville, Dunedin and the late Alister, Ian, Trevor, Elaine and Marilyn. Adored Uncle and Mate of his many nephews, nieces and friends. A Celebration of Warren's life will be held at 1.00pm, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the Timaru Town and Country Club, 99 Douglas Street, Highfield, Timaru. Messages of condolence can be sent to: C/- Po Box 23, Fairlie 7925. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the wonderful Margaret Wilson staff for their love and care of Warren and his family over the last 4 ½ months.
