Walter CODYRE Obituary

On July 15, 2024, peacefully at Bainswood on Victoria Rangiora; aged 79 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Gwen Codyre. A much loved father and father-in-law of Lynda and Kerry, Joanne and Goob, and Scott and Rowena. Loving Poppa Wal of his 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. The family wish to acknowledge the tender care extended to Wally by the staff at Bainswood on Victoria. Messages to the Codyre family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. A Graveside Service for Wally will be held in the Prebbleton Cemetery, Springs Road, Prebbleton, on Friday, July 19, at 1.00pm.

I remember Wally very well as a much respected worker by workers and staff at the Alliance Sockburn Plant. Always had a great smile on his face
