Viki Carter-Anthony Obituary

Mrs. Viki Marie Carter-Anthony, was born January 7, 1958 to Mrs. Rosa Mae Harris and the late Mr. Pertie Charles Carter, Sr. She attended Columbia High School graduating with the class of 1976 and was a member of Mount Zion AME Church serving as a Church Secretary and a faithful Choir member.
On June 23, 1990 she united in Holy Matrimony with Mr. Michael Anthony who was her best friend and the love of her life.
She was preceded in death by numerous family members who lovingly await her reunion.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 35 years, Mr. Michael Anthony, her mother Mrs. Rosa Mae Harris, a devoted mother-in-law and a Special Caregiver Mrs. Voncile Anthony Brown. Siblings; Linda Carter-Broxie (Frank), Torria Carter-Woods (Frank), Synthia Coy and Gwendolyn Taylor. Sister-in-laws; Sharon Anthony, Sondra Martin (Eugene) and Annette Carter. Brother-in-laws; Darrell Anthony (Shanetha), Marvin Anthony, James Jones and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation for Mrs. Viki Carter-Anthony will be held Friday 5:00pm-6:00pm February 20, 2026 at Cooper Chapel, 251 NE Washington Street, Lake City, Florida 32055. Celebration for Mrs. Viki Carter-Anthony Legacy will be held Saturday 11:00am February 21, 2026 at New Mount Pisgah AME Church, 345 NE Washington Street, Lake City, Florida 32055. Interment will follow in Mount Tabor Cemetery, 519 SW LM Aaron Drive, Lake City, Florida 32025.
