Valerie Margaret (Val):
On August 11, 2016, peacefully at Avonlea, aged 78 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Maureen and the late Ron, Kelvin and Adie, Robert and Marie, Ian and Sara, Allan and Liz, and the late Diane, loved grandma of her 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, and dearly loved lifetime partner of Pat. Special thanks to the team at Avonlea for their care of Val. Messages may be addressed to The Family of Val McClure, c/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A Celebration of Val's life will be held in the Harewood Cremtorium Chapel, entry from Wilkinsons Road only (off Gardiners Rd), on Monday, August 15, at 1.30pm.
