BLAIR, Valda Mary (Val):
On December 10, 2022, passed away peacefully at Christchurch, aged 93 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Dave. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of David and Chris (Nelson), Ken and Sabina (Christchurch), Jan and Mike (Nelson). Adored nan of Meleisa and Steve (Australia); Bridget and Jeff (Christchurch), and Jeremy (UK); Karl and Jana (Nelson), Brooke and Jordan (Nelson). Dearly loved great nana of Lexi, Banjo, and Fleur; Soren, and Aoife; Finn; Fern, and Jade. Much loved sister and sister-in-law of Genda and the late Julian. Loved aunty Val of Jamie and Sue, Jo and Mark, and loved great-aunty of Emily, Amie, Josh, and Elise (all of Middlesbrough, UK). Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Bishop Selwyn and Nurse Maude for their special care. Val will be missed by all who knew her.
