HOLLAND, Trevor Malcolm:
Passed away peacefully, age 63, on Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at Christchurch Hospital, after a long illness. Dearly loved husband and best friend of the late Susan, loved father and father-in-law of Bruce and Nicole and Kristine and David, much loved grandfather of Nadia, Brooke, Jack and Stacey. A huge thank you to the staff of ward 14 and the acute and home dialysis at Christchurch Hospital for your amazing care. Messages to the Holland family c/- PO Box 10345, Christchurch 8145. A private family service has been held.

I knew Trevor way back when he was just a lad of 16 years old. We all used to hang out around Opawa. He liked the song 'Lola'. So sorry to hear of his passing. Kindest regards to Trevor's family
