To Judith and children, I was lucky enough to meet Trevor several times when I was photographing Gabriel and Raffaella as children and although I was initially a bit intimidated by him being a big wig, his welcoming and relaxed persona soon put me at ease!
Trevor showed faith in me when he asked me to do some of the photos for the book and I always was grateful for that.
Although I relocated back to Chch some years ago Trevor and your family were people I never forgot! Condolences to you all.

A true hero who loved helping people. The guiding light of Life Education. I had the privilege of spending much time with Trevor, dragging a lost soul who had trouble with drinking, his wisdom through experience soon had them going in the right direction
Many fond memories, be at peace with your divine spirit and keep touching hearts and thought in your new realm

Trevor Grice, simply a legend in the A&D field and a mentor to more than we will ever know. Co writer of the great brain robbery with Tom Scott, simply an inspiration. Sitting with a youth in front of him, resistant to change, but helpless under the weight of Trevor's steady gaze, which simply engendered trust. Police, judges, Coroners and many other professionals learned much from Trevor's huge knowledge of the brain and puberty, and for those of us who had the rear privilege of working with and for Trevor we learned and understood the difference between the use of substances, the abuse of substances, and the dependence on substances. We understood addiction. And yes, as another has already stated -his oft told proverb of the rocks in the bottom of the stream, what's his closing gift at many many many many a public meeting that educated and inspired parents all over the country. I have met very few people like Trevor in my life. He has touched more lives than most.

Oh so many memories, where to start. From Deep Freeze employees together, to following the gee-gees, jokes...... Rest in peace Trevor.

If it weren't for the rocks in its bed the stream would have no music.
So much wisdom, love and inspiration shared. A mentor, friend and guide whose influence on my life and the lifes of countless others simply can't be quantified. Trevor has a special place in my heart and I send my love and condolences to his family at this time xxx

Trevor was an inspiration for many, including me when I joined the Life Education Trust as an educator. His passion and knowledge was extensive, and encouraged many of us to extend our understanding of the skills he thought important to life. He will be greatly missed, but I feel privileged in having met him. Our sympathy and love extends to his family and friends at his passing.
