MORRISON, Tony (aka Rocky)
(Peter Robert):
After a long illness, Tony earnt his wings and passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023, with Edna-May beside him holding his hand. Loved son of the late Peter and Vera Morrison, and much loved step-son of Val Barker (Auckland). Brother of Anne and Hayden (Auckland). Dearly beloved husband of Edna-May, and much loved stepfather and father-in-law of Bernie, Liz and Mike Gillon, Martin Crequer, and Gabrielle and Alastair Berkett. Much loved Grandad and Great-Grandfather to Anthony, Julie, Ben, Amelia, Kali, Jessie (USA), Rebecca, Hamish, Ella, Jed, Jacob, Joseph, Jack, Jessie (Aust), and the late Alex Renton. Loved brother-in-law of Dennis and Maureen Taylor, and Ann Taylor (Aust). A special thanks to St John Ambulance Rangiora, the staff at Christchurch Hospital, and to the wonderful care given to Tony at Karadean Court, Oxford, in his final few weeks of life. Tony's memorial service will be held at the Northbrook Chapel, Rangiora, on Friday, January 27, 2023, at 2.00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Rangiora in Tony's name would be very welcome. Messages to the family C/- Gulliver and Tyler, PO Box 35, Rangiora 7440.
