My thoughts go out to Tim's loved one's..his friends and family. May you find comfort and peace in this time knowing that Tim's passing is felt far and wide and that we send our condolences in your time of need. I am forever grateful Tim...thank you.

Tim, you said you'd live until you were in the 100's.. such a sad, sudden shock, I really miss you, you were my wise council. Friend and fiend.. Florence, I suggested when you were seven that he writes to you saying how parenting you was.. I hope that letter has made it through the fire.. Nola, Florence, Jane and Kate, I'm so sorry for your loss.. I only have happy memories of you Tim, and know I'm going to miss you so very much

So sad to hear about Tim's passing. He was one of life's real characters but had a genuine kindness and was always fun. I was lucky enough to work with him in Auckland in the 1980's and in recent times. Kind Regards to his family.

Died in Christchurch on Saturday, July 27. Best friend and best ever law buddy of Serina. Awesome lawyer, quirky, so many good times. Thank you for everything, I’ll never forget. I miss you deeply.
