DAVIS, Tim:
On Saturday, February 18, 2023, Tim (aged 70) passed away peacefully in the Christchurch ICU, after a sudden illness. Dearly beloved father of Tommy and his partner Nilu, loved son of the late Ngareta (Hore) and Tom Davis, loved brother of the late Juliet (Melbourne), and a great mate to many including his colleagues at Cowdy's Real Estate and his 'pink shirt' buddies. A private cremation has been held and a celebration of Tim's life will be held at a later date.Mainland Crematorium.

I worked with Tim in the early 2000's at Cowdys. He was an eccentric man and probarly a little controversial at times, that is why I enjoyed his company. Everyone that knew him knew he was a true blue character and I always made time to visit him when I was in Christchurch. I'm sad to here he has gone. My love to all his family and friends.
