Gloria, Caroline and Geoff, Mark, Roxana and Charlotte, and Nick, Laura, Pippa and Bella, sincerely thank all our family, friends and colleagues for all the love, kindness, sympathy and support shown to our family during Tom's illness and at the time of his death. To all those who sent flowers, cards and messages, and provided food, we are so grateful and thank you very much. To all those who visited and called Tom in his last months, we appreciate you taking the time. He loved seeing you all. Fr Michael Pui and Fr Joaquin Camano, thank you so much for your visits and for the wonderful Rosary and Requiem Mass. And thank you to all those who travelled from Australia and around New Zealand to attend Tom's funeral Mass. We were very humbled. Thank you to the Cancer Care Nurses, Access District Nurses and Carers, the Nurse Maude Palliative Team for your wonderful care of Tom in his final months. A special thank you to Dr Rob van Rij, for your care and always being available for Tom. And thank you to Michelle and the staff at John Rhind for your care and compassion. Finally, to Tim Mills, the CJC Board, and the staff at the Canterbury Jockey Club, thank you for your help and generosity to us all, and your kindness to Tom. It was fitting that his last stop was at Riccarton Park. Please accept this personal and heartfelt thank you from us all.
