Hope the family in NZ and Australia is coping well with this great loss. Sorry that I was out of contact and did not learn of Tom's death for a little while (my fault entirely). On everything that others have said, I agree entirely - he was simply a very nice kind selfless man. Many good memories from our childhood, and nice to think that (after infancy, possibly) we never had a moment's bad feeling on anything. 75 years of knowing him and it is hard to summon up anything but good thoughts.
