Thomas Lenard "Tom/TC" COWLISHAW

Thomas COWLISHAW Obituary

Tom passed peacefully on Saturday, November 15, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with both Huntingtons Disease and Cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family at the Nurse Maude Hospice Christchurch in his 73rd year. Dearly loved husband of Gillian "Gill", father and father–in–law of Jules, Ash and Emily, Erin and Cory, and treasured Grandad to Danielle, Harrison, Emily, Charlie and Rory. A special mate for his dog Cleo. Loved brother of Peter, and Jules and Baron (both who predeceased him), brother-in-law of Kay, Julie Edwards, Christine and Kevin Devereux (Australia), Murray McKenzie and the late Nigel. Tom was an adored son-in-law of the late Jock and Marise McKenzie. The family extends heartfelt thanks to Nurse Maude Hospice staff, Access carers, Access Palliative Team, and St John's staff - all who have supported us through this difficult journey. As per Tom's wishes for immediate cremation, no funeral will be held. Tom's life will be celebrated at a later date.
