Passed away at North Shore on Wednesday, 24 December 2014. Loved husband of the late Daisy. Loving father and father-in-law of Rob and Anne, Kevin and Carol, Bev and Ross. Deepest sympathy to all the family of my brother-in-law Tom, Pat and i talked to Tom on phone one night, was so good to hear him talking about you all and grandchildren and we heard about about the one who is a silver fern in the making. To each of you remember all the happy times Tom was a special person and i was pleased to have him as a brother-in-law, Uncle Walter and Aunty Pat

Dad passed away on December 24, 2014, in North Shore Hospital, surrounded by all his family. Dad, I know things had not always been easy for you especially after Mum died all those years ago. You worked hard so you could care for us. I am going to dearly miss our daily chit-chats, mostly seemed to relate to food, what we had eaten for what was for dinner that night! You are going to leave a big hole in my life. I am relieved though to see your suffering gone and your face free of pain at last. I will miss you Dad.
