Thomas Edward (Tom):
Suddenly taken from us, January 7, 2016, aged 54 years. Dearly loved partner of Denise Hannam, dearly loved father of Tara Burns and her partner Aidan Choat, treasured grandad of Maia, Bella, Luka, and Arlo. You were such an amazing man and to know you was to love you. Your beautiful kind heart will be so sadly missed by so many. No one will ever forget the many lives you've touched. You will never be forgotten and we will struggle without you in our lives. I am heartbroken you left me so soon. I will always be your babeilicious. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Tom Burns, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A Celebration of Tom's life will be held in our Rangiora Chapel, Wai-mana, 92 Kippenberger Avenue, Tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10.30am.

You lived life to the full Burnsey but sadly it came to an abrupt end. We will miss your bad boy behaviour and your green and gold Aussie jersey. But you will always be my brother from another mother.I just hope there is a pub,TAB,Casino and a golf course where you are going.
