Terrence DUFF Obituary

Passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. Aged 61 years. Loved husband of Amanda. Much loved dad of Bailie and Brady, Jordi and Brooke, Brie, Leia and Tom. Grandad Duff of Harri, Harper, Malakai, Dallas and Tahlia. A service to celebrate Duff's life will be held at the Motueka Golf Club, 50 Harbour Road, Motueka, on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 2.00pm. It was a huge shock to learn of Duff´s sudden death this week. He was the brave man who took me on my first moving water paddle on the Waimak from the Pylons to the bridge, and designed our (since sold) house rebuild at Mt Pleasant. Arawa Canoe Club were lucky to have his services for the club rooms (back a few years now). Great memories of watching you race, and rescuing many paddlers on occasion too, you were that good! Always that cheeky smile - I know many people will miss it. Condolences to your entire family. RIP. Kirsten and Duncan.
