Kua parekawatia a Maungatere. Kua waipuketia a Rakahuri. He puna roimata, he puna tangihia mōhau e te huia kaimanawa kua riro atu rā ki te kopunipunitanga o Hine-nui-te-pō. Mā ngā māreikura o te whānau Momo e whanga ana mōhau e Taua Rā. Ka haku nei te manawa o Ngāi Tūāhuriri. Aue te mamae e.
It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of our Taua Rā Te Rāhui Hariata Denny nee (Momo) Daughter of Horopapera and Te Rahui Momo (Flutey) cherished mother of Tuta, Waata (Wally) and Te Rahui (Chrissy) cherished Nan of all her mokopuna and mokopuna tuarua. Aunty Ra is laying in state at 219 Tuahiwi Road, Tuahiwi Marae, Family and Friends are welcome to pay their last respects. The Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 20, commencing at 11.30am. Then to be interned at Te Kai a Te Atua urupā, Kaiapoi. The family would like to thank the medical staff at Ward 20, Christchurch Hospital, Burwood Hospital and a special thank you to Nurse Maude.
