On October 25, 2018, passed away at Christchurch Hospital, aged 35 years. Dearly loved son, father, brother and friend, you will be deeply missed. A celebration of Tavita's life will be held at the Canterbury Crematorium Chapel, corner of Linwood Avenue and Keighleys Road, Tomorrow (Tuesday), October 30, at 1.00pm.
