MILLARD F. CALLICOAT, 74, of Scottown, Ohio, husband of Karen Miller Callicoat, died Feb. 15 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio; burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
