ISLAM, Sultana:
On December 27, 2015, peacefully in the company of her family at Anthony Wilding Retirement Village, aged 75 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Tehseen and Mika, and much loved by all the members of her family throughout the world. Grateful thanks for the love and care given by the staff at Anthony Wilding Hospital and Sultana's dedicated friends. to the Neurological Foundation would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A Memorial Service will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Tuesday, January 5, at 2.00pm. In accordance with Sultana's wishes, a private burial has been held.
