Our family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone for the kind expressions of sympathy after the loss of Steven, a loved husband, father-to-be, son, son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, cousin and friend. All the beautiful flowers, cards, baking, hampers, phone calls, text and facebook messages, visits, the on-going support, and the generous donations, especially to the Give a Little web site is truly appreciated. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Christchurch Hospital and Nurse Maude Hospice for their compassionate care of Steven. To Telogis and Briscoes, for the on-going support to Nicola and throughout Steven's illness. To all our friends, family, neighbours and everyone who attended Steven's funeral, we thank you.
