I'm so sorry to hear of Steve's death. He was an amazing man and very encouraging to me while I was his patient. He was so kind and caring. Thankyou to him and his family for his precious time he shared with us even when he was very unwell.
It is very much appreciated.

Steve will be so very dearly missed by us. I first met Steve when I was a chorister at the Metropolitan Cathedral in Cardiff (Wales) and then fifteen years later when he joined Llandaff Cathedral Choral Society. Steve's optimism, humour, courage and incredible sense of fun have enriched the lives of us all, and undoubtedly all his many friends, family and patients across the world. He is a remarkable inspiration and he has brought joy and warmth into all our lives. I am privileged to have Steve as my friend; we enjoyed many a laugh together and deep conversation, and I am devastated by this tragic news. We have a lost a great great man here but I cherish all my memories of Steve. His memory will live on in us all forever and I send my heartfelt condolences, prayers and warmest wishes to Anthea and all his family and friends.
