The Russell family would like to thank everyone for the lovely cards, flowers, food, visits and words of sympathy on our loss of Steve. From Pim and his colleague at St John, to Nurse Jamie and Nurse Helen, Dr Zoe and Dr Sam - the care Steve received on Ward B6 at Christchurch Public Hospital was considerate, warm, attentive and respectful. Also to all of you who attended Steve's memorial on Tuesday evening - thank you so much for coming from near and far. It was great to see you all, it was an absolutely fabulous turnout, he would have been overwhelmed, as we were.We thank all of you so much. As we cannot personally reply to all of the love we have received please accept this as our heartfelt thanks.
