Stella GOODEY Obituary

GOODEY, Stella Mary:
Aged 86, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 15, 2018. Dearly loved wife of the late James William Goodey, much-loved mother and mother-in-law of Jane and Ali, the late Paul, Anne and Mike, Sara, and Ruth and Kevin. Loved Granny of Sophie, Sharne, Guy, Tim, Sam, Tom, Max and Alice, and her seven great-grandchildren. Messages to the Goodey family c/- PO Box 26112, Christchurch 8148. A memorial service for Stella will be held at 2.30pm, on Wednesday, March 21, at Harewood Crematorium Chapel, entrance from Wilkinsons Road via Gardiners Road. No flowers please. Donations can be made to St John Ambulance Canterbury at the service.

So sad to know Stella is no more on this earth where she enjoyed the love and comfort of the family she invested in so willingly.
Personally I have many warm memories of time spent with Stella and will always treasure them
My love and sympathy to you all.
As I moved to Gore two and a half years ago I am sad not to be able to attend the Service for Stella but will undoubtedly be with you in spirit.
