THOMPSON, Stanley William John - Passed away peacefully on January 21, 2013, aged 85 years. At rest after a short illness. Dearly loved husband of Rona, and much loved father and father-in-law of Raewyn and Malcolm, Roderick and Rebecca, and Josephine and Aaron. Loving Grandad of Benjamin, Christiana, Hannah, James, Caleb, Josiah, Catherine, Amy, Deborah, Joseph, Ryan, Joshua, Isaac and Heidi. Great-Grandad to Zechariah, Eli and Zavier.
'Absent from the body, present with the Lord'
A celebration of Stan's life will be held at the Brightwater Community Church, 68 Waimea West Road, Brightwater, on Thursday, January 24, at 2.00 p.m. Private cremation thereafter. In lieu of flowers, donations to Brightwater Community Church Vicarage building fund would be appreciated. Messages to Thompson family, 22B Newman Avenue, Brightwater 7022.
