Simon CHAFFEY Obituary
On August 25, 2018, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 80 years, dearly loved husband and soulmate of the late Rosa, treasured father and father-in-law of Sandy and Anna, Dan and Ali, loved and adored Simon of Will, and Guy; Oscar, Coco, and Alfie. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff of Ilam Life Care for their amazing care of Simon. Messages to Chaffey Family, PO Box 14, Kekerengu, Marlborough 7260. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be made at the service. The Funeral Service for Simon will be held in the Church of the Nativity, Alfred Street, Blenheim, on Monday, September 10, at 1.30pm, thereafter private cremation.

Dan and Sandy, your wonderful parents met when Joy and I flatted with dear Rosa. It was the most marvelous match both could have dreamed of. They were magnificent and were so proud of you both, Thinking of you all the way from Vancouver, BC, Such a sad time for you and of course all their 100's of friends.
