Shona SULLIVAN Obituary
Shona Mary: (QSM)
On April 5, 2023, aged 87 years, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family. Dearly loved and supportive wife of the late Len, treasured, adored and 'always there' Mum of Peter, Terry, Jim, Mary, Patricia (deceased), Jenny, Kevin, Paul, Bernadette, Rosemary deceased), Annie, and the late Heather. Much loved mother-in-law of Vera, Christine, Clare (deceased), Mark, Wayne, Jussy, Gordon, and Roger. Adored Grandma of her 27 grandchildren, and a great-Grandma of 10. Dearly loved chosen sister of Betty. Sincere thanks to Dr Sandra Fountain and Nurse Maude for their loving care of Shona. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Shona Sullivan, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sids and Kids, or Nurse Maude in memory of Shona would be appreciated and may be made online at: sidsandkids.org.nz, or nursemaude.org.nz. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in
the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 70 Spencer Street, Addington, on Wednesday, April 12, at 11.00am, burial at Ruru Lawn Cemetery to follow. The recitation of the Rosary will be held in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, This Day (Tuesday), at 7.00pm.

Dear Family of SHONA.
I send my sincere sympathy to all of you at this time of mourning, although I think it might also be a celebration of her wonderful life. What an amazing woman to have accomplished so much and offered her love to so many. RIP.

Please accept our deepest sympathy on the passing of your lovely Mum, Grandma and Great Grandma. Shona was a very special and long time friend to our Mum. Due to illness Marlene will be unable to attend Shona's funeral, but our thoughts will be with you all.

Our love and prayers go out to all of Shona's Family at this sad time. Shona (Mrs Sullivan) was an inspiration to us all. She was a loving friend to Jose and was a huge strength this time last year to us with Jose's illness and passing. I am sure the 2 of them will have a lot of catching up to do and will continue to watch over us all. We will miss you. May you Rest in Peace
