Shona NEE Obituary

Passed away with family by her side on Saturday, September 20, 2025, aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Bob. Dearly loved mother of Chris and Brigid. Much loved Granny of Hikairo, Odette and Rebekah and Great-Grandmother of Kiwa. A Requiem Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9, at 1.30pm, at St John Evangelist Catholic Church.

My sincere condolences to Chris and Brigid on the loss of your wonderful mother. I have fond memories of boarding with you all when I worked in Amberley in 1974/75. I always felt included in your family and enjoyed the happy ,caring and loving environment. I have always held your parents in high regard with the way you were raised with such strong family values. I am sure the values they instilled in you both are still with you today. With my warmest wishes to you both. David Harrison Fernside.
