Passed away peacefully on July 7, 2021. Beloved mother and mother-in-law to Peter and Heather (Rotorua), David and Debbie (Christchurch), Matthew and Megan (Mosgiel). Nan to Cory Ross-Boivin and Natasha, Celeste Boivin and Andrew, Brittany Boivin and Leon. Great-grandmother to Riley Anne Ross-Boivin. Lifelong friend of the late Keith Ronald Boivin. Friend and Auntie to Jane. Keen gardener, collector, crafter, wood carver, tutor, skilled therapist and healer. Always a keen sense of humour delivered with that legendary sparkle in the eye. At Shirley's request, a private cremation has taken place. Messages may be sent to the Boivin family, c/- Hope Family Funerals, 4 Keenan Road, RD 3, Tauranga 3173.
