Sean DICKEY Obituary
Of Christchurch (formerly of Wanaka). It is with great sadness we mourn the loss of Sean, taken tragically in a traffic accident on April 19, 2022, aged 22. A huge loss to his parents Mei Lian and Steve, his grandmother Noeline, and all his uncles, aunties, cousins and extended family, friends and colleagues. A celebration of Sean's life will be held at the Lake Wanaka Centre, 89 Ardmore Street, Wanaka, on Friday, April 29 at 2.00pm, followed by interment at the Wanaka Cemetery. There will also be the opportunity to gather at Majestic Church, 189 Durham Street South, Christchurch Central City, to watch the livestream of the service. The service will be livestreamed to affinityfunerals.nz In lieu of flowers, donations to St John are welcome and may be left at the service. Messages to 18 Aeolus Place, Wanaka 9305.

So saddened by this news Mei Lian. I remember Sean, and meeting you, at Opti Nationals in Napier. It sounds like Sean grew into a very special young man and will be missed by so many. Lots of love to you all.

Sean was such a loving and caring individual. His smile could light up the room, and he was a fantastic colleague, friend, teacher and mentor to so many. He gave 100% to everything he did. Our deepest sympathies go to his family.
