Sarah (previously Lawry):
Peaceful death in loving care, aged 65, on February 7, 2023, after 6 years of early-onset Alzheimer's. Born in Kent UK, and emigrating to NZ in 1994, you led an amazingly purposeful life as a highly specialised nurse, then as a full-time mother and more: wife for 23 years to Peter Lawry (1985-2008), mother to David, Jess and Joel, mother-in-law to James, and grandmother to Josh, Ana and Micah. We are your legacy. Many thanks to all staff at St Allisa's Riccarton, Hoon Hay Rest Home, and Rosewood Lifecare Linwood for all the love and care you've shown mum over recent years. A small, post-cremation, private gathering will be held to remember good times and tell stories. Messages and memories may be emailed to the family, at [email protected].
