Samuel George (Sam):
Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, on April 6, 2021; in his 31st year. Dearly loved son of Richard and Wendy. Loved brother-in-arms of Josh. Beloved fiancée of Tahleicia, and devoted dad of Britta and Jace. Loved grandson of George (dec) and Elva, and the late Keith and Alice. Adored nephew and cousin, and friend to many.
Forever in our hearts.
Special thanks to the dedicated staff at Christchurch Hospital ICU. Messages to the Wormald family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. A Celebration of Sam's life will be held in the Academy Funeral Services Chapel, 65 Main South Road, Upper Riccarton, This Day (Saturday), at 1.00pm.

Dear Richard, Wendy, and Family. I read the notice of Sams passing with absolute shock and disbelief. I remember so well Sam as a little boy. My heart goes out to you as you grieve the loss of your beautiful son. I am so so sorry and my love and prayers are with you as you navigate your way on this journey no parent should have to make.
